Paul has been with Design Basics since 1989 and is the VP of Business Development. He also is the associate publisher of HER HOME™ Magazine (a Design Basics’ publication), and oversees the Woman-Centric Matters!® program, where he helps builders more fully appreciate women’s preferences in home design, including features and customer experiences.
Besides being a seasoned associate at Design Basics, Paul’s background includes account service and marketing research for two Omaha advertising agencies as well as a sales associate for an industrial and broadcast audio-visual equipment company. As the VP of Business Development, he oversees the company’s marketing and sales areas to keep Design Basics at the forefront of the home design industry.
Paul and his wife Cindy have four children, 3 grandchildren, and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid football fan – Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Green Bay Packers.
Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing Research from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.
He has written numerous articles for both home building trade
publications and has appeared on several television and radio
features. Because of his expertise and tenure in the industry,
Paul is often
invited to be a speaker at the International Builders Show
as well as regional
home building conferences.
