Coinciding with Scholz’ 70th anniversary, through Friday, September 2, all Scholz home plans are $100 off (full construction sets) during our Summer of Scholz promotion. Four Scholz designs are featured in this month’s Builders Toolbox and there are hundreds more to view on our website, where you’ll be treated to stunning exteriors and beautiful interior photos for several of the designs. You’ll also see the latest Scholz designs, most of which are under 4,000 square feet, incorporating exciting new concepts. Some of the new designs are so new they’re “On-The-Board” (designated OTB), which are not even through the drafting stage yet.
Scholz Design®, a Design Basics’ brand, is an art and a science of residential design. Built around the world, Scholz top-selling plan 55662 exemplifies the timeless artistic nature of Scholz designs. Plan 56564 was released at the 2016 International Builders Show to address the realities of home design with live-in caretakers in mind. Plan 55932 is a study in the artful use of angles, while plan 56462 (plan shown) is a wonderful illustration of “four-sided architecture.”
