Delores has been with Design Basics since 1994. As the business office manager she oversees operational and administrative functions, provides customer service, and manages the shipping department.

Before joining Design Basics, Delores was a preschool teacher and ran an in-home daycare for a combined 20+ years. She is well-versed in providing exceptional customer service as she has a vast knowledge of Design Basics’ processes and home plan designs.

Delores is originally from Kansas and has two children and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, sewing, and cross-stitch. Delores enjoys socializing, walking, playing board and card games, traveling, and going to amusement parks – she loves the rides! She also likes attending performances at the local theaters as well as high school productions. Delores is involved in church activities and looks forward to doing more volunteering when she retires.

Delores attended Grace University. In her 20+ years at Design Basics, Delores has enjoyed cross-training and working in various departments. She loves the work environment and the people she works with – it has been a great experience and looks forward to the years to come!
