Plan Description

What a beautiful home the Flockhart Pointe is! Considerably larger than the original Flockhart, this home regards the angled suite as a haven – with its own fireplace warming the sitting and bed areas. The Great Room, with 14-foot high ceiling, offers its own definition of grandeur, with comparable spaciousness hallmarks of the kitchen and eating areas. The roomy feel continues to the second floor, where three large bedrooms enjoy great closets, plus another 150 square foot storage opportunity over the garage.
