Plan DescriptionDesigned with entertaining in mind, the Lakeview’s great room with angled, see-thru fireplace and recessed area for your big screen TV and electronics is a recipe for memorable get-togethers. That space also boasts an 11-foot high ceiling and windows out the back, both of which add to its air of spaciousness. Including the kitchen island snack bar there are three eating options and the dining area at the rear corner has lots of natural light. The formal dining room, as originally designed, could easily be repurposed as a den or additional bedroom due to the nearby bathroom.
