ARCITECT'S COLLECTIONS - EXCLUSIVE designs to DesignBasics.com
The “Architect’s Collection” is
an evolving library of Scholz home designs each with
complete, up-to-date construction documents created
under the direct supervision of Joe
St. Jean our chief architect, creator
of all Scholz Design homes for the past 3 decades.
This value packed collection is proven. How? These
designs have been sold, some built, some currently
under construction and others are preparing to be
built. And a tremendous value because each has a
highly detailed, recently completed set of construction
documents that are ready to ship within 24 hours
. . . and this collection can be signed and sealed
by our chief architect in any one of the 15 states
he’s registered in.
OTB home plans are designs from the Design
Basics and Scholz
Design teams in in various stages of design or in
the final stages of design. OTBs are through the design process
and copyrighted, but not yet completely drafted. Most OTBs only
require a few days to complete. As such we offer them now for
you to consider for your new home project! Look for more OTBs
We are in the design process with this OTB from
Scholz Design. OTB-1201 C is 64'-4" wide
with about 2,172 finished square feet.
