Home plans 40 feet wide or narrower!
We define narrow width home plans as those designs
which are 40 foot wide or narrower. These plans are ideal for smaller
sized new home lots and existing infill lots. These house
plan designs sometimes
are longer than typical home plans.
Just because they are narrow, that does not mean
these home plans are 'thin' on amenities. Most have attached one
and two vehicle garages, but quite a few
have
no
garages
at all. We offer more than 300 home plans that are 40' wide
or narrower.
