OMAHA, NE (August 28, 2007) Woman-Centric Matterssm, a division
of Design Basics, the nation’s largest home plan design
service to the building industry, announced today that Reflection
Homes, a new homebuilder headquartered in Uniontown, Ohio, has
been licensed as the area’s exclusive Woman-Centric Matterssm
home builder, covering 9 counties in Northeast Ohio.
Linda Reimer, President of Design Basics, explains that Woman-Centric
homes intuitively appeal to women. After conducting numerous
focus groups with women of all ages and backgrounds from across
the country, Design Basics discovered there are four primary
aspects that are important to women when selecting a home plan:
flexible living spaces; entertaining; storage; and de-stressing
areas. “Because of the livability of woman-centric homes,
the homes are popular with men, too. You have to look at a design
through the lens of ‘how does the home live?’ because
that’s the way women view a home,” said Reimer.
Bunny Dennison, Co-Founder of Reflection Homes, says she was
completely convinced of the value of the woman-centric approach
after attending a two-day seminar at the Omaha, Nebraska headquarters
of Design Basics to learn about woman-centric home design, building,
and customer care. “It just makes so much sense,” said
Bunny, continuing, “And that’s how Reflection Homes
came into existence – to bring the Woman-Centric way of
home design, customer attention and building to Northeast Ohio.” Bunny’s
business partner, Dave Beachy, states, “We believe strongly
that with the foundational ideas and support of the Woman-Centric
Matters program, we have created a homebuilding experience unparalleled
in Northeast Ohio. These are the types of homes people have been
craving and the kind of buying experience homebuyers have been
searching for.”
Though Reflection Homes is a new business dedicated to embracing
the Woman-Centric Matters ideals and practices, Dave and Bunny
are not new to the homebuilding industry. Between the two of
them, there is nearly a half century of experience in construction,
business management, real estate sales and exceptional customer
service. They have been responsible for the construction and
sale of over 1,400 new homes throughout Northeast Ohio and Central
Florida.
The Reflection Homes commitment to woman-centric ideals extended
to their choice in who would design their web site. Quanta Basics
of Omaha, NE, is the country’s leading expert in woman-centric
web design and development. The new web site designed by Quanta
Basics is expected to launch in September. Additionally, Reflection
Homes is building a Model Home to showcase some of the more popular
woman-centric design elements.
