Job Description
As a Woman-Centric Matters! Account Manager, your primary role
is to help our licensees be increasingly successful utilizing
our proven woman-centric approach in their companies, by focusing
on women’s preferences when it comes to purchasing their
products and services. According to a study published in BusinessWeek, “women
make 83% of all consumer purchases.” Please understand
our woman-centric approach is not feminism—it is capitalism.
Marketing 101: know your customer!
As an Account Manager, you will be involved in recruiting new
clients, educating and training their organizations on what
a woman-centric approach would look like in their business,
helping clients transition into a woman-centric company,
and helping them grow their business. You will have a proven
program,
solutions, and team players to help ensure your success.
You will also be instrumental in identifying new product and
service
solutions, which as a team we develop and offer to our licensees.
You bring a passion to help your clients grow their businesses
as you help grow ours. You understand the importance of systems,
but don’t accept the premise “because that’s
the way we’ve always done it.” To you, change is
exciting and energizing. You have a solid understanding of business,
the essentialness of profitability, and value-based pricing.
