Each plan in the collection has a variety of floor plan options that can be built on the same basic footprint. Bedrooms can be added and reconfigured. Dining rooms can be used as home offices or guest bedrooms. This satisfies a variety of customer desires and results in cost efficiencies for the builder. The construction drawings are builder friendly and every set includes:

• Complete construction drawings for all elevations and floor plan options
• Compliance with code requirements for 7/11 stairs and 2'-8" doors
• 2x4 or 2x6 wall construction
• Left and right reading plans
• Slab, crawl and full basement configurations
• Detailed sections and structural information

Different Styles and Widths for Wide Market Appeal

Each plan is designed with a minimum of three alternate elevations. The same basic house can be built with a different appearance tailored to the buyer’s desires without the cost and inefficiency of starting from scratch each time. Three architectural styles have been chosen – Traditional, Craftsman, and French Country / European.  Exterior details for each style are provided to ensure consistent and authentic design. The styles are compatible so that you can create interesting streetscapes by mixing styles within a neighborhood.

Options & Upgrades

Many buyers want more than the standard selection of components and finishes. We’ve simplified your work by providing pre-designed elements, such as media/fireplace walls, computer nooks, mini libraries, special entry and room openings, super decks, pre-packaged kitchen upgrades, super-sized family rooms and master bedrooms. All of these can create “wow” in the mind of the buyer, and boost the builder's profit. Universal and plan specific options and upgrades are listed on an Excel™ spreadsheet to assist you in managing and pricing client selections.

It isn’t enough to create a great neighborhood. You have to tell people about it. Neighborhood in a Box™ makes it easy for you with pre-designed marketing and management tools. All you have to do is insert your name and logo and take them to a printer. All of the marketing materials are PageMaker™ files supplied to you electronically. The management tools are supplied in MS Publisher PC format files so they can be easily modified. They include:
