Each of our home plans is now available to you as a PDF format sent to you via email.  Get your plan the same day (if ordered by 2pm CT) or on the next business day delivered to an email address or addresses of your choice.  Print from your plotter or take it to your local copy center to print as many copies as you require.

The cost is the same as a set of vellums or 5 sets on bond plus a $15.00 handling fee.  As with our printed construction prints, we place an overlay with your company name or name and your order number on each page.  Your PDF is delivered to the email address of your choice.  The PDF can be ordered online or by calling 800.947.7526

Most people are familiar with Blueprint paper which is a standard type of light-sensitive photographic paper (called diazo paper) that architectural plans are commonly printed on. Blueprints cannot be reproduced and fade over time.

Design Basics has transitioned to a type of paper called Bond. There are two main advantages of Bond prints over Blueprints. Bond prints can be reproduced and do not fade over time.

Vellum is a type of translucent paper from which additional copies can be made directly from it and is more durable and long lasting than Bond paper. Also if you use a bluprint machine,you can only make additional sets on vellum.
