Finding the right home plan for you can be an overwhelming
experience. There are so many great choices from our home
plan library. You can select from a popular list of features
including the style of the plan, the number of bedrooms,
the master bedroom location, and the size, width and depth
of the home plan. In addition, we offer a wider variety
of home plan features and amenities from which to select.
Keep in mind, as you select more 'features' for your search,
fewer plans will be found. Click the 'Search' Button to
view selected plans. If only a few plans or no plans
are found, reduce the options selected and do the search
again. You do not need to click each option.
plan Basics has chosen not to offer garage choices. Based
on your selections, we want to show you as many great home
plans as possible. Keep in mind for any plan you find,
we can add (and sometimes remove) a 3-car garage option.
In addition we can change from a front-load garage to a side-load
garage and vice-versa.
If you find a home plan that closely meets your needs,
but is not the perfect home, we offer a complete Home
Plan Alteration Service and our designers can make
changes to any of our plans!
