Finding the right home plan for you can be an overwhelming
experience. There are so many great choices from our Floor
Plan Library. You can select from a popular list of features
including the style of the design, the number of bedrooms,
the master bedroom location, and the size, width and depth
of the home plan. In addition, we offer a wider variety of
home plan features and amenities from which to select.
Keep in mind, as you select more 'features' for your search,
fewer floor plans will be found. Click the 'Search' Button
to view selected designs. If only a few designs or no designs
are found, reduce the options selected and do the search
again. You do not need to click each option.
Design Basics has
chosen not to offer garage choices. Based on your selections,
we want to show you as many great Floor Plans as possible.
Keep in mind for any floor plan you find, we can add (and
sometimes remove) a 3-car garage option. In addition we can
change from a front-load garage to a side-load garage and
vice-versa.
If you find a home plan that closely meets your needs, but
is not the perfect home, we offer a complete Floor
Plan Alteration Service and our designers can make changes
to any of our designs!
