It's one thing to label a design aspect as a "trend to watch for" and quite another to "prove" its viability through trial and error. We talked with eight associate design companies about the latest trends and innovation in home design from around the country. What we found most interesting about their comments, was not that they discussed many things we too, have "heard" were trends, but that they've proven the sustainability of these trends through their own trials. One thing is clear. The landscape of the American home is changing before our very eyes - from the rooms within it to the materials used on it - and it will continue to do so, as long as our own lifestyles and ideas about home continually evolve.
