Insulspan Structural Insulated Panels

Insulspan, with more than 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of high-quality construction materials, has the knowledge, resources and production capabilities for virtually any SIP project. From large commercial projects, government buildings and mass-produced component buildings to single-family homes, no job is too big nor too small.

Design and construction support
Insulspan offers a full range of training, engineering and technical support in the design and construction of an SIP building, including regular workshops and seminars.
Staff engineers specializing in SIP design can assist in evaluating SIP alternatives, design considerations, and construction detailing. Insulspan representatives also are available for on-site support.

Product Availability
Insulspan structural insulated panels are manufactured in strategically located facilities throughout the continental United States and are crafted to the specifications of each project in a variety of sizes and thicknesses.

Pre-Cutting
Panels can be completely pre-cut to size in our factory, including rakes and eaves, bevel cuts and openings for windows, doors and skylights. Factory-cut panels can shorten construction time, minimize the potential for mistakes, reduce site scrap and get you under a roof in a hurry.

Product Quality
All Insulspan panels are made to demanding quality standards with oriented strand board manufactured to APA standards for maximum strength and durability, and are available with expanded polystyrene cores.
Quality control is assured through both in-house controls and independent third-party testing by PFS Corporation. Insulspan panels also have been subjected to demanding structural integrity and fire endurance testing.

Code Compliance
Insulspan has received confirmation by the National Evaluation Service (NES) that its structural insulated panel systems comply with the provisions of the 2000 International Codes of the International Code Council as well as the most recent edition of the BOCA National, ICBO Uniform, and SBCCI Standard codes. This confirmation, as evidenced in NES evaluation report NER-520, provides guidance to code officials who are charged with enforcing these codes and approving the use of these products and builders and designers who want to specify or use them.

Warranty
Every Insulspan panel is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. This, along with Insulspan's leadership in the structural insulated panel industry, is your assurance of quality, dependability and value. See Insulspan's written warranty for complete details.
