Virtually any exterior finish or siding materials can
be used over the ICFs. With 21/2" thick expanded
polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation on both sides of the
wall, Amvic ICF homes typically achieve a 30-50% reduction
in heating and air conditioning costs.
