Available for any single elevation floor plan. When you purchase multiple plans on a single order, you will receive at least 5% off your plan and plan related purchases (materials lists, additional sets, promo artwork, optional foundations, etc.). Shipping fees, state sales taxes, plan alterations and custom orders are not included in the discount.

Purchase any 2 plans and receive a 5% discount.
Purchase any 3 plans and receive a 10% discount.
Purchase any 4 plans and receive a 15% discount.
Purchase any 5 or more plans and receive a 20% discount.

Plan Packs

Available for Pre-Selected floor plans with 2, 3, or 4 elevations. You receive one full construction print and construction license for each elevation.

Receive 25% up to 75% off regular single plan pricing when purchased as a Plan Pack.
