Every plan we produce can be tailored to meet your individual needs, whether it involves stretching a room, providing a walk-out basement, increasing the main floor ceiling heights or changing a garage. We also offer more extensive changes, such as room additions and alternate elevations.

Our experienced designers will work closely with you, gathering detailed instructions by phone, email, and fax and verifying information with sketches. We have thousands of satisfied trade and non-trade customers across the country, and as with all of our plans, technical support is freely provided throughout construction.

  Certain types of design changes require the re-calculation of a home’s structural components. We’ll incorporate the necessary engineering adjustments for your desired changes.
    

One client printed of a few copies of the design, cut them up, and taped them together to represent what they wanted.  Then they sent us this image from their digital camera. They referred to it as their 'cut, paste & tape' job.

For them, it was a great way to communicate exactly what they needed.

While this is an extreme case, most changes can be communicated over the phone and if necessary by fax.
