Harvest Homes are sold through an independent Builder Dealer, who is familiar with the local codes and restrictions pertinent to your area. We have selected only qualified building contractors to be Dealers. They have to meet strict criteria including building experience, satisfied customers and financial stability, to name a few.

Distinctive Designs
Harvest Homes offers over 50 time tested energy efficient standard models to meet any budget. Models range from a 3,460 square-foot traditional Mansfield design featuring multiple gables and cathedral ceilings with custom glass; to our 2,350 square-foot Victorian styled "Queensbury," which comes with a wrap-around porch and walk-out bay windows in the living and master suite; to the 1,400 square- foot "Hadley," a cape style starter home. Our designs are specially formulated to balance traffic flow, closet space, and kitchen and bath layout to give you the most efficient use of space in your home - one that will offer you comfort and convenience for many years.

Unlike most homebuilders, Harvest Homes lets you make the choice of what kind of home you want. Over 85 percent of our homes are custom built to customer specifications. You make the choice, not the contractor.
